A Day of Shaking Off Stress

Service Description

When: June 11, 2026 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Where: Manitou Springs Resort (address: 302 MacLachlan Ave, Manitou Beach, SK S0K 4T1, Canada) This day long experiential workshop will guide you through a relaxing introduction to using Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) providing you a foundation to use this innovative health tool to shake off stress in your daily life. You will get the opportunity to learn about stress, what are your stressors, make a plan for change, take breaks and try TRE® twice during this event. To attend: - no experience necessary - wear clothing you are able to stretch in - bring a mat or blanket to use to lie on the floor - optional - bring a blanket and pillow for comfort cautions: -no unhealed broken bones or surgeries in the past 4 months - if you are concerned about a health issue and doing exercise, please consult with a doctor and reach out to me to see if the session can accommodate your needs. TRE® is designed so almost everyone can do it. This opportunity takes place at the premier Manitou Springs Resort in Manitou Beach, SK. I recommend spending a night at the Resort to increase your opportunity to rest and relax before or after the workshop. Mineral Springs is know for its specialty mineral pool and is located across the street from what is fondly known as the "Dead Sea of Canada".
